Disclosures

TimeCapital Securities Corporation has developed a business continuity plan for addressing events that significantly disrupt our business. Since we cannot predict the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions, we must be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur. Accordingly, our business continuity plan is subject to modification based on changing circumstances and assessment of need. With these facts in mind, we can provide the following overview of our business continuity plan.

If, after a significant business disruption, you cannot contact us as you usually do at (631) 331-1400, you should go to our website at www.timecapital.com. We plan to quickly recover and resume business operations after a significant business disruption, and will respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, protecting the firm’s books and records, and allowing our customers to transact business. Should TimeCapital Securities Corporation’s building, business district or city be closed or become unsuitable for operations, we will reestablish business operations as quickly as possible and will continue to conduct business operations under the provisions of the plan.

TimeCapital Securities Corporation conducts regular testing of our back-up systems and data recovery procedures to ensure that clients will be able to access their funds and securities within a reasonable time following a significant business disruption.

Making sure that any type of disruption does not unduly affect our clients is extremely important to us, and our business continuity plan is designed to allow us to continue to provide the quality service you have come to expect from TimeCapital Securities Corporation.
